TORONTO -- A decade after killing his disabled daughter, Tracy, and igniting a national debate on euthanasia, Robert Latimer offers no regrets, no excuses and no apologies, the Toronto Star reported yesterday from Victoria. "It was the right thing to do," Latimer said Friday in a rare interview at the minimum-security William Head Institution, 30 kilometres west of the British Columbia capital.
